Additional Fees & Service Charges
- Additional Child: +$5.00 per ride (must share same pick-up and drop-off location)
- Wait Time: $1.00 per minute after the first 5 minutes of scheduled arrival
- Same-Day Booking: +$5.00 (subject to driver availability — advance booking recommended)
- After-Hours Service: +$10.00 for rides before 6:00 a.m. or after 7:00 p.m.
- No-Show Policy: Failure to appear results in a charge for the full scheduled fee
Cancellation & Contract Policies
Recurring Service Agreements
All weekly recurring services are subject to a 30-day contract.
- Notice Period: Minimum 2 weeks' notice required to cancel a recurring service
- One-Way Cancellation Fee: $30.00 per week if proper notice is not provided
- Round-Trip Cancellation Fee: $40.00 per week if proper notice is not provided
Single Ride Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before scheduled pick-up
- Late Cancellation Charge: $5.00 for cancellations with less than 2 hours' notice
Payment Terms
- Due Date: Weekly plan payment is due every Friday for the following week's service to reserve your child's seat
- Suspension: Unpaid balances may result in immediate suspension of service until the account is current
- Accepted Methods: Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, or Cash
