By booking a ride with Kids Scuber, the parent or guardian ("Client") agrees to the following terms:
1. Service Description
Kids Scuber provides transportation for minors ages daycare through 12th grade (other ages upon approval) in a safe, insured vehicle driven by Jaree Bennett and other licensed and insured drivers.
2. Parent or Guardian Consent
The Client gives permission for their child to be transported and confirms they have the legal authority to do so.
3. Safety Procedures
Kids Scuber follows all Missouri traffic laws, uses proper child safety restraints, and ensures safe loading and unloading.
4. Communication
The Client agrees to provide accurate pick-up and drop-off details and to remain reachable during the ride.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is accepted via Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, or Cash. For weekly recurring plans, payment is due every Friday for the following week's service in order to reserve your child's seat. Unpaid balances may result in immediate suspension of transportation services until the account is brought current.
6. Additional Fees
The Client agrees to the following additional charges where applicable:
- Additional Child: +$5.00 per ride (same pick-up and drop-off location required)
- Wait Time: $1.00 per minute after the first 5 minutes of the scheduled arrival time
- Same-Day Booking: +$5.00, subject to driver availability
- After-Hours Service: +$10.00 for rides before 6:00 a.m. or after 7:00 p.m.
- No-Show: Failure to appear for a scheduled ride will be charged the full scheduled fee
7. Recurring Service Agreements
All weekly recurring services are subject to a 30-day contract. A minimum of two (2) weeks' notice is required prior to cancelling a recurring service. If proper notice is not provided, the following cancellation fees apply:
- One-Way Weekly Service: $30.00 per week
- Round-Trip Weekly Service: $40.00 per week
- By booking any weekly or monthly recurring plan, the Client acknowledges and agrees that recurring service is subject to a 30-day contract and requires two (2) weeks' notice to cancel, and that the cancellation fees above may apply.
8. Single Ride Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least two (2) hours before the scheduled pick-up time. A $5.00 late cancellation fee applies to any cancellation made with less than two hours' notice.
9. Liability
Kids Scuber is not liable for incidents caused by incorrect client information, child behavior, or external factors such as weather.
10. Behavior Policy
Children must follow all safety instructions given by the driver. Service may be refused or discontinued if a child's behavior creates a safety risk.
11. Agreement
By checking the agreement box and submitting a booking request, the Client acknowledges they have read, understand, and agree to all terms listed above, including all fees, contract terms, and cancellation policies.
